The Newport Beach Hotel and Suites in Rhode Island is located at the Corner of Memorial Boulevard (Route 138a) and Wave Avenue. Our exact address is One Wave Avenue, Middletown, RI 02842.

FROM BOSTON / POINTS NORTH:
Take Route 128 South to Route 24 South through Fall River, following signs for Newport over the Sakonnet River Bridge. From Route 24 South take Route 138 for six miles. Turn left at the sign to Newport Beaches (just after Dunkin Donuts on your right). You are now on Route 138a. Travel two miles and turn left at the second light. The Inn is ½ mile on your right.

FROM PROVIDENCE:
Take Route 195 East through Fall River to Route 24 South. Follow directions above.

FROM NEW YORK / POINTS WEST:
Take I-95 North to RI Exit 3A, Route 138 East. Follow signs over the Jamestown Bridge (no toll) and over the Newport Bridge (toll). After the Newport Bridge, continue one mile to the end of the highway. Turn left at the light at Jai Alai. Travel two miles, turn right at the third light onto Valley Road (Route 214). Bear right at the first light. The Inn is ½ mile on your right.
