The new Suites addition features 26 one and two bedroom suites with views of Newport Beach and Newport Pond. The Suites building will feature an indoor pool with Jacuzzi and rooftop outdoor deck with a large year-round hot tub and evening
fire pit.

All rooms will feature the following:

• Kitchens with full size stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, stove, sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Granite countertops, hardwood flooring and washer/dryers.
• Living Room/Dining areas with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors leading to balconied railings, 37” LCD HD TV’s with high definition cable signal, DVD player and free use of our extensive DVD library, CD/MP3 players, and sleeper sofas.
• Bedrooms feature king beds, with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors leading to balconied railings, 37” LCD HD TV’s with high definition cable signal, DVD/CD player, ample closet space, and in-wall safes.
• All Master Baths have Jacuzzi tubs, Carrera marble floors and walls, granite vanities, and windows providing water views and natural light.
